About the Role Keystone College seeks professional services to implement the EAB Navigate360 platform, including configuration, integration, and ongoing operations. This engagement covers five workstreams: project leadership, technical integration, platform administration, workflow implementation, and AI-assisted engineering using Replit, with collaboration from Keystone’s program sponsor, Technical Sponsor, and EAB leadership. What You'll Do
- Serve as Keystone’s functional project lead for Navigate360, managing the implementation timeline and milestones, coordinating cross‑department decision‑making, preparing leadership updates, and driving adoption planning across advising, faculty, and student services.
- Act as Technical Lead for all Navigate360 data work: mapping data to required schemas, coordinating extraction of student-level, course-level, advisor, and holds data, leveraging the Admissions and Enrollment databases, preparing historical datasets (up to 14 years), supporting SSO configuration and nightly automation, and collaborating with EAB’s Technical Project Manager on data validation.
- Serve as interim Application Administrator: configuring roles, permissions, care units, and user groups; setting up alerts, campaigns, workflows, and templates; managing content and student-facing elements; supporting UAT and end-user testing; establishing long-term administrative practices.
- Design, implement, and operationalize Navigate360 workflows across advising, student success, and faculty engagement; build automated workflows, alerts, and campaigns; design care unit processes and escalation paths; create training materials, SOPs, and operational guides; deliver training sessions; use Replit AI tools to accelerate documentation and workflow development.
- Leverage Replit as the primary engineering and automation environment: develop data export scripts and automation logic; enhance Admissions Engine for Navigate data requirements; build AI-assisted tools, documentation, and workflow generators; create reusable code modules for data validation, transformation, and monitoring; support Keystone’s long-term AI-enabled operational strategy. What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience leading similar software implementation projects.
- Technical proficiency with database management, API design and integration, and use of AI coding tools.
- Experience employing project management frameworks and tools to organize a team’s work.
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Ability to lead a technical and non-technical team to successfully complete a software implementation.
- Strong communication skills in creating documentation and providing status updates both written and verbal. Nice to Have
- Experience with EAB Navigate360 or similar platforms, familiarity with Replit AI tools, and/or AI-assisted workflow development.
- Knowledge of SSO configuration, data integration, and federal contracting context.
- Prior experience supporting long-term AI-enabled operational strategies.
