About the Role Join PUMA Innovation to help drive the next generation of sport-inspired products. This global initiative fosters risk-taking and collaboration, working with universities and experts to explore new ideas and turn them into meaningful products for athletes and consumers.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with colleagues and athletes to understand needs and shape innovations across products.
- Meet athletes and consumers to discuss game, sport, and what kind of products they imagine, ensuring real-world relevance.
- Experience PUMA's history, mindset, and unique approach through the Innovation team and cross-functional collaborations.
- Prep your gear by traveling to suppliers, factories, events and fairs to gather inspiration and learn how ideas come to life.
- Partner with academia on research projects with institutions like MIT, Loughborough University and Chemnitz University of Technology to explore future solutions.
