About the Role The Getinge Life Science Innovation Team focuses on identifying and exploring future opportunities for the biopharma and life science industry. In this role, you will independently lead innovation projects from opportunity identification through concept development, evaluation, and recommendation, collaborating across Strategy, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external partners. Based in Sweden, with approximately 20% international travel annually. What You'll Do
- Lead innovation concept development and evaluation projects.
- Drive cross-functional teams to explore future opportunities and unmet customer needs.
- Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to generate insights and recommendations.
- Develop decision-support material and communicate project findings to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of how innovation projects are executed. What We're Looking For
- A university degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience leading complex projects, innovation initiatives, business development activities, or similar work.
- The ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience influencing and driving outcomes across functions without formal authority.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using AI tools, AI agents, and low-code/no-code platforms is highly valued.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
