INJECTION PROCESS ENGINEER
Tetla, Tlaxcala
What are your main tasks?
- Operation and setup of plastic injection molding machines (Engel, Krauss-Maffei, Cincinnati, etc.)
- Setup and programming of servo-robots
- Setup and operation of resin mixing systems
- Hot runner molds
- Operation of auxiliary equipment such as: mold temperature controllers, dryers, vision systems, metal detectors, vacuum systems, etc.
- Off-line mold preparation
- Setup of mold protection and ejector settings
- Process adjustments based on scientific molding principles
- Creation of process parameter sheets
- Collaboration with production to ensure quality and standardize processes
What are your qualifications?
- Knowledge of the plastic injection molding process and scientific molding
- Overhead crane operation; mold mounting and dismounting
- Interpretation of water flow and connection diagrams, and wiring diagrams for cavity sensors
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Processes, or a related field
