The role of Injectin and Rheology Engineer is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Lozorno, Slovakia. Responsibilities:
- Ensure the meshing of the parts, in accordance with OPmobility or customer quality criterias
- Define the inputs and hypothesis required to perform the simulations
- Design the injection system by simulating the molding process, with the Injection and Tooling Expert
- Write simulation reports and presents them to the customer (internal and external)
- Participate to the preparation of injection trials
- Participate to the analysis of the moulding results and compare them to the simulations
Requirements
- • University degree (technical field, engineering)
- • Knowledge of moldflow process and simulations analysis
- • English language – Intermediate (B1)
- • Eagerness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and skill development
- • Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts
- • Logical thinking and understanding of shape, size, relative position of figures in a 3D environment We offer:
