About the Role BMW Group is seeking an Inhouse Collection Specialist to optimize collection strategies and engage customers with a compliant, customer-focused approach. This role sits within the Collections department, balancing risk mitigation with customer retention to support long-term financial sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Segment collection's portfolio and customer portfolio related with their payment behavior.
- Develop, manage and supervise inhouse collection activities.
- Design and automate reports.
- Provide statistical information in relation with contact made.
- Give proper follow up to customer in collections.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in Financial Services Industry.
- Knowledge on Financial Services (consumer protection, compliance regulation).
- Proficiency on data base management and use of Excel and Microsoft Office in general.
- Excellent communication skills oral and written.
- Intermediate english.
