Vous mettrez à profit votre expertise en ingénierie électrique et électrotechnique pour concevoir et déployer des systèmes de traction performants, en collaboration avec des experts techniques et des équipes RAMS et validation. What You'll Do

Collect external requirements (clients, normes) and internal (Rolling Stock).

Define the architecture and functions of traction systems (including energy storage or fuel cells).

Allocate and optimize cross-functional requirements (CEM, acoustics, reliability, safety, weight) with experts.

Write the technical specifications of the systems.

Technically lead the design of the systems in collaboration with experts (power, mechanical, thermal, acoustics, safety, control-commande, validation).

Define the validation strategy and participate in bench or train debugging activities.

Participate in technical reviews and in the management of technical risks.

Contribute to meetings and technical reviews with clients.

Investigate technical issues during warranty and reliability growth, propose solutions and manage their implementation.

Ensure the capitalisation of feedback to enrich documentation. What We're Looking For

Engineering degree or master in electrical or electrotechnique engineering.

Significant experience (10+ years) in traction system design or power conversion.

Expertise in electrical system architecture for high-power applications.

Knowledge of industrial development cycles (V-cycle, quality reviews, etc.).

Understanding of constraints and standards related to railway or high-power applications.

Technical project management skills.

Proficiency in English for collaboration with international clients and colleagues.

Ability to understand client needs, be proactive, autonomous, and to work in a team.
