About the Role Joining ALSTOM on the ADP Exploitation & Maintenance project, the Ingénieur Opération & Maintenance – Interfaces Génie Civil acts as the O&M reference at civil interfaces, ensuring that civil works align with operational/maintenance requirements for the LISA and CDGVAL extensions throughout studies and works.
What You'll Do
- Be the reference O&M interlocutor with civil engineers and the OPCG for the extension and modification projects (GAT CDGVAL, LISA extension, GAT LISA).
- Ensure civil activities are compatible with the operation and maintenance of lines in service, without negative impacts on safety or availability.
- Analyze, anticipate, and challenge works impacts on operation/maintenance during exploitation and across contract phases; contribute to phasing and reconfiguration scenarios.
- Collaborate with OPCG and participate in project coordination meetings involving Civil, Design & Build, and O&M teams; capture O&M needs in inter-lot coordination.
- Support engineering by analyzing GC studies for exploitability, maintainability, safety, degraded modes, and maintenance planning; verify integration of O&M requirements into technical dossiers.
- Identify and manage O&M risks related to civil works; propose mitigation measures; raise alerts for unresolved issues; document decisions affecting O&M.
- Communicate and report with O&M, Civil, and OPCG; consolidate O&M reporting; escalate sensitive points to the O&M Engineering Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree (or equivalent); at least 5 years in complex, multi-site/multi-actor industrial projects; experience in interface management between works, operation, and maintenance is a plus.
- Experience in railway, guided transport, or airport environments is an advantage.
- Comfortable in high-safety, high-availability environments; strong knowledge of maintenance/ reliability methodologies.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination, rigor, anticipation, and management of critical interfaces; ability to work under operational constraints; knowledge of civil systems and their interaction with transportation systems.
Nice to Have
- Specific experience in rail or airport projects; multi-actor project environments; experience with O&M interfaces in live operation contexts.
