About the Role Pour notre division Production, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Métier (H/F) dont la mission sera d'apporter son expertise technique au sein de notre service Transformation Numérique & Données de Base. L'objectif est d'assurer l'exploitation et la justesse des données de base et de soutenir le déploiement de la démarche PLM en collaboration avec les services Industrialisation, ERP et MES.
What You'll Do
- Guarantee the best exploitation and accuracy of master data for the Industrialisation service and Process data definitions (article - BOM) within PLM data management.
- Support the Industrialisation service in creating/modifying these data.
- Ensure coherence of the PLM/ERP/MES information system across the lifecycle.
- Assist in deploying the PLM approach and act as the 1st level PLM administrator (create/modify PLM data).
- Contribute to data governance and provide business with data management rules and processes.
- Train and coach users; contribute to the definition of the PLM model and interfaces with ERP and MES.
- Raise evolution requests to other sites and to IT; advocate data governance and best practices.
- Demonstrate ability to animate, formalize, synthesize information; be attentive, share knowledge, and teach others.
What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree (HES or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Experience in PLM data management and in an industrial environment.
- Understanding of PLM - MES - ERP architectures.
- Strong knowledge of PLM solutions (Windchill) and SAP.
- Skills in business analysis and project management; rigorous and focused.
- Strong communication and training abilities; pedagogical mindset.
Nice to Have
- Additional hands-on experience with Windchill and SAP integration.
- Experience with data governance initiatives and cross-site collaboration.
