About the Role We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join Babel in Casablanca to help automate and optimize deployment and infrastructure processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve software delivery, implement CI/CD pipelines, and manage cloud, server, and container environments as Babel drives its Hyperspace 2029 strategy forward. What You'll Do
- Participate in the setup and management of CI/CD pipelines
- Automate deployment and continuous integration tasks
- Contribute to the administration of environments (cloud, servers, containers)
- Monitor the performance of applications and respond to incidents
- Collaborate with development teams to improve processes
- Manage configurations and infrastructures as code
- Document procedures and best practices What We're Looking For
- Degree in computer science (Bac+3 to Bac+5) or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix
- Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Notions of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus)
- Team spirit, curiosity and willingness to learn
- Git and version control; familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform is a plus)
- Monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Basic notions of system security Nice to Have
