Description: Michelin seeks an engineer for the Industrial Organization Department at the Aranda de Duero plant. After a company-led initial training period, you will participate in productivity improvement studies in the plant's industrial environment. What You'll Do
- Participate, after an initial training period, in conducting productivity improvement studies in the Aranda de Duero factory's industrial environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and productivity.
- Contribute to ongoing professional development during the initial approx. 9-month training phase.
What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree in mechanical, electronics and automation, industrial organization, chemical, computer science, telecommunications, or related fields.
- English B2 or higher.
- French knowledge is valued.
- No prior experience required.

- French language proficiency (valued).
