About the Role El/la Ingeniero/a se incorpora al Departamento de Desarrollo Industrial de la UO de Rotativas y participará en la definición y ejecución de planes industriales y de mejoras en las líneas de producción. Su objetivo es aportar metodologías Lean y herramientas de mejora para industrializar proyectos y asegurar capacidad y eficiencia. Trabajará desde la planta de Zamudio junto a un equipo multidisciplinar. What You'll Do
- Definir y ejecutar proyectos de nuevos desarrollos e industrialización, definiendo VSM, flujos de material y takt times.
- Realizar análisis de carga y capacidad a medio-largo plazo, capacitando a las áreas para poder acometer la demanda.
- Llevar a cabo las inversiones necesarias para realizar el proceso de industrialización y capacitación.
