About the Role Menasha Corporation seeks a Manufacturing Engineer I to plan, identify, and oversee equipment layout and process implementation aimed at improving plant efficiency. You will conduct operations studies to maximize workflow and space, and support process technology development and plant layout optimization while reducing costs and bottlenecks.
What You'll Do
- Plan, identify, oversee the layout of equipment, and implement processes aimed at improving the overall efficiency of the plant operations. Conduct studies in operations to maximize workflow and spatial utilization.
- Support the development and implementation of process technology in the plant to minimize variation and optimize the manufacturing of products, workflow, cell design, & plant layout while reducing costs and removing bottlenecks.
