About the Role Infusion Pharmacy Technicians are an integral part of the Pharmacy Department in the mission to support patient care and research. Our technicians prepare complex preparations to treat cancer in a state of the art clean room compliant with USP 797 and 800.
What You'll Do
- Sterile compounding of hazardous/non-hazardous commercial and investigational medications in a cleanroom environment.
- Participates in continual process improvement workflows.
- Inventory management and medication tracking to ensure accuracy.
- Performs regulatory and quality control tasks.
What We're Looking For
- High school graduate or currently enrolled in an accredited entry-level degree program for pharmacy or a related field.
- Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy Registration as a Pharmacy Technician or Intern.
