Infrastructure Project Coordinator
We are seeking a hands-on Cable & Harness Technician to support assembly and production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for cable assembly, wire harness fabrication, crimping, wire termination, and quality testing to ensure products meet established specifications and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assemble cable and wire harnesses according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Perform stripping, crimping, soldering, and connector installation
- Route, bundle, and secure cables and harnesses to specification
- Conduct continuity testing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve assembly issues while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet production schedules and project deadlines
Qualifications

1+ years of experience in cable assembly, wire harness fabrication, electromechanical assembly, or related manufacturing environments

Experience with crimping tools, hand tools, and cable termination techniques

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, electronics, medical device, aerospace, or telecommunications environments

IPC/WHMA-A-620 experience or similar cable/harness standards
