Endurance is growing! We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer in Richmond to join our services team responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting modern infrastructure solutions for a diverse client base. This role serves as the lead engineer on infrastructure projects, working across on-premises and cloud environments while providing advanced technical support and consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation and migration projects involving servers, networking, cloud platforms, and end-user technologies.

Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, backup/recovery, and security solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure, network, and systems issues.

Create technical documentation, diagrams, and project deliverables while adhering to industry best practices.

Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
-
7+ years of experience supporting and implementing IT infrastructure solutions.

Managed services/consulting experience strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, networking, firewalls, wireless technologies, backup/recovery, and IT security frameworks.

Experience with cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology modernization initiatives.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.

Microsoft, VMware, Aruba, or SonicWall certifications are a plus
