Infrastructure Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing IT team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support for a variety of Infrastructure technologies. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and ensure efficient and effective support operations. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft, Linux and Virtualization technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the customer, Service Providers, and other teams to maintain a stable and smooth infrastructure operations
- Oversee daily support activities, including issue resolution, escalation procedures, and knowledge base management
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the infrastructure team
Experience, Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- More than 4 years of experience in System Administration and Infrastructure
- Understanding of ITIL principles and their application to service management• Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Experience with setting up and using Application Monitoring tools (Prometheus Stack, Dynatrace, Datadog, ...) is preferred
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) is required
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) a plus
- Experience in OS Administration (Linux or Windows)
- Experience in Microsoft Infrastructure (Especially Active Directory, ADFS, and CA) is a must
- Experience with Database technologies is preferred
