Job title: Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Senior Program Manager, ANS Health & Public Service - Airports
About the Role You’ll lead day-to-day program management activities across multiple concurrent capital projects, serving as a primary point of contact for airport leadership and establishing program governance. You’ll lead steering committee meetings and executive briefings while delivering executive-level advisory services on program formulation, strategy, delivery approach, procurement, and risk analysis and mitigation. You’ll build relationships with senior airport leadership, board members, airlines, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day program management across multiple capital projects and coordinate with airport leadership and project teams.
- Establish program governance frameworks and lead/support steering committees and executive briefings.
- Provide executive advisory services on program formulation, strategy, delivery approach, procurement, and risk mitigation.
- Apply expert knowledge of Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, and Construction Manager at Risk to inform procurement strategy and risk allocation.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary Executive Program Management team; ensure alignment with live airport operations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive program risk register; oversee cost management and implement change management protocols.
- Manage all program entities and stakeholders (designers, contractors, PMs, CM, consultants) to complete the program.
- Identify interfaces, risks, and mitigations and coordinate with regulators, airlines, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Adhere to client and Accenture delivery standards.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of progressive experience in program management or owner's representation on major aviation capital programs or similar large-scale programs.
- Expert-level familiarity with multiple delivery methods and program-level management of multi-project redevelopment programs.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with the client and all stakeholders, under the Aviation leadership team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Aviation Management, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer.
- Completion of industry professional development courses or Certified Program Management Professional or Construction Management credentials, or similar.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000 per year.
