Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Field Supervisor (HVAC)

About the Role Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a Field Supervisor (HVAC) to identify and collect building component data at District sites, assess system condition and remaining service life, and supervise survey staff onsite at client locations. What You'll Do

• Identify and collect building component data on systems installed at District sites.
• Enter data using tablets, laptops, smartphones, and other formats.
• Identify building systems hidden behind walls, ceilings, and floors using construction knowledge.
• Assess overall condition and remaining service life of building system components and apply direction on determining RSL Values specific to LAUSD from FCA Unit leadership.
• Collaborate with other trade surveyors to gather quantities, measurements, boilerplate information, etc., as needed and directed.
• Conduct or support ad hoc surveys at District sites and buildings.
• Supervise performance of staff and survey participants; serve as resource to staff.
• Work onsite at client sites to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management; or, if no bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of experience.
• 6+ years of full-time paid professional experience working with on-site construction management teams as well as with campus administrators, faculty and staff.
• Location in or ability to work in Los Angeles, CA; strong knowledge of building construction and systems. Nice to Have
• Experience with LAUSD projects and LAUSD RSL value determination.
• Familiarity with FCA Unit leadership guidance for RSL values. Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: USD 109,000 – 119,600 per year.
• Compensation varies based on location, role, skills, and experience.
