About the Role
An Infrastructure and Cybersecurity professional responsible for designing, deploying, and securing IT/OT infrastructure across regional sites in ASEAN. You will work with virtualization, networking, and OT security to ensure secure integration of IT and OT systems, coordinate with automation engineers, customers, and stakeholders, and lead incident response readiness.
What You'll Do
- Design and test IT infrastructure solutions using virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Support deployment of VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V clusters for factory IT/OT workloads
- Review and implement network segmentation (VLANs, firewall policies) across projects
- Support regional DR/BCP plans including backup, restore, and failover testing
- Deploy Industrial Cybersecurity Reference Architecture across automation and digital projects
- Coordinate regional incident response preparedness and conduct simulation drills
- Review and ensure compliance with regional standards (DESC, OTCC)
- Support integration of OT security in local projects, collaborating with SCADA/automation teams
- Engage customers on audit and compliance documentation
- Deliver cybersecurity awareness and training sessions across the region
- Train customer IT/OT teams on secure infrastructure management
- What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and/or cybersecurity roles
- Strong hands-on experience with virtualization technologies: VMware vSphere; Microsoft Hyper-V
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (VLANs, switching, routing, firewalls)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial automation environments
- Experience in industrial (OT) or manufacturing environments highly preferred
- Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Experience in backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP)
- Exposure to incident response processes and security operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with automation engineers and OT teams
- Willingness to travel across ASEAN for project and customer engagement
