We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Lead-Infrastructure Services to drive AI adoption and transformation across Network Services. This role will partner with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and central AI organizations to identify, prioritize, deliver, and support AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation initiatives and deliver scalable, reusable AI capabilities.
• Own AI demand intake, evaluation, prioritization, and portfolio management.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of AI solutions across stakeholders and central AI teams.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements are met.
• Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization.
• Manage stakeholder communications, reporting, and change management.
• Build AI capabilities within Network Services through training and SME engagement.
• Support critical AI platforms including Eliza, Eliza AI Hub, Eliza Brain (GCP), and Eliza as a Service (EaaS).
• Provide production support for AI solutions.

Job Requirements

Details:

• Experience Required

• Extensive experience in AI transformation, technology delivery, or enterprise change leadership.

• Proven success delivering AI solutions from concept through adoption.

• Experience implementing Agentic AI solutions in infrastructure environments.

• Strong expertise in AI Agents, LLMs, MCP, MLOps, and data/platform architecture.

• Deep knowledge of network infrastructure and operations.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience leading infrastructure and AI teams in large, matrixed organizations.

• Experience Preferred

• 10-12 years of infrastructure experience.

• Financial services or regulated industry experience.

• Knowledge of AI use cases for infrastructure, operations, and service management.

• Experience working with centralized AI, architecture, and governance teams.

• Strong background in KPI definition, business case development, and value realization.
