Infrastructure Advisory & Transformation Senior Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Infrastructure Advisory & Transformation practice. In this role, you will help clients modernize their technology landscape, accelerate digital transformation, optimize operational performance, and realize measurable business value from their infrastructure investments.

As a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, you will lead the development of infrastructure strategies, transformation roadmaps, cloud adoption initiatives, operating model redesigns, and large-scale modernization programs. You will work closely with client executives, solution architects, delivery teams, and ecosystem partners to shape and deliver complex transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory & Strategy

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, infrastructure leaders, and business executives.

• Assess current-state infrastructure environments and develop future-state transformation strategies.

• Lead infrastructure assessments, cloud readiness evaluations, technology rationalization studies, and operating model reviews.

• Develop business cases and executive presentations that articulate business outcomes, costs, risks, and value realization.

• Transformation Leadership

• Lead large-scale infrastructure transformation programs spanning cloud, data centers, network, workplace, security, and operations modernization.

• Define transformation roadmaps, governance models, and implementation strategies.

• Drive program execution while managing scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology investments.

• Innovation & Solution Development

• Identify emerging technology trends and translate them into client opportunities.

• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to develop innovative infrastructure solutions.

• Support cloud transformation, automation, AI-enabled operations, resilience, and platform modernization initiatives.

• Contribute to the development of practice offerings, assets, methodologies, and thought leadership.

• Business Development

• Support pursuit teams in opportunity shaping, solution development, and proposal creation.

• Participate in client workshops, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions.

• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ecosystem partners.

• Drive account growth through identification of additional transformation opportunities.

• Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead and mentor high-performing consulting and delivery teams.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Coach managers and consultants on client engagement, delivery excellence, and career development.

• Contribute to practice growth through recruiting, capability development, and knowledge sharing.

• This role could need you to travel 25 -50% or as required

• Qualification

• Required

• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure consulting, technology transformation, cloud strategy, or enterprise architecture.

• Minimum 10 years experience leading large-scale infrastructure modernization and transformation programs.

• Minimum 10 years understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid infrastructure, networking, workplace technologies, and IT operations.

• Minimum 10 years experience engaging with senior executives and presenting recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.

• Minimum 10 years demonstrated ability to manage complex programs, multiple workstreams, and diverse stakeholder groups.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 10 years work experience)

• Preferred

• Experience in infrastructure strategy, cloud transformation, operating model design, or IT service transformation.

• Knowledge of automation, AI-driven operations (AIOps), observability, and intelligent infrastructure services.

• Familiarity with industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Communications, or Products.

• Relevant industry certifications (AWS, Azure, TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent).
