About the Role Unifies infrastructure management for humans and AI agents using Humanitec to streamline operations, enforce standards, and boost developer productivity in complex environments.
What You'll Do
- Design and operate rule-based orchestration that lets agents act on infrastructure without human in the loop, selecting Terraform modules based on environment, project, and resource class.
- Maintain a real-time Resource Graph to map provisioned resources, ownership, and dependencies.
- Implement automatic policy enforcement and secure drift detection to catch unintended changes and remediate with redeploys.
- Enable safe progressive rollouts, deploying changes in waves with low blast radius and validating between waves.
- Support rollback to last known-good state with dry-run and plan-only modes to validate changes before applying.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with infrastructure as code and Terraform modules; ability to map environment, project, and resource class to the right module.
- Familiarity with orchestration layers, resource graphs, and automated policy enforcement.
- Understanding of drift detection, rollback, and safe deployment practices.
- Ability to work with enterprise-grade security requirements and scalable infrastructure in complex environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with brownfield deployments and integrating with existing systems.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes-based workflows, ArgoCD, Crossplane, or similar tools.
