Information Technology Specialist

SANY Nigeria Company Limited, a subsidiary of SANY Group, a global leader in construction, earthmoving, and mining equipment, is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support and maintain the organization’s technology infrastructure and surveillance systems.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary onsite technical resource responsible for IT infrastructure support, hardware troubleshooting and repair, network administration, CCTV and surveillance systems management, vendor coordination, and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, peripherals, and network devices.
• Diagnose and repair computer hardware and peripherals including drives, memory modules, power supplies, screens, keyboards, printers, and related components.
• Manage and maintain CCTV and IP surveillance systems including cameras, NVRs, DVRs, storage systems, and network connectivity.
• Perform routine system health checks, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs.
• Support LAN, Wi-Fi, structured cabling, network infrastructure, and connectivity optimization.
• Supervise infrastructure and surveillance installations and coordinate vendors and contractors during deployment and commissioning.
• Maintain relationships with OEMs, service providers, and local contractors.
• Manage warranty claims, service requests, and contractor performance.
• Maintain accurate IT asset registers, technical documentation, maintenance records, and performance reports.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure maintenance, hardware troubleshooting, and technical support.

• Demonstrated experience repairing desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user devices.

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 user support.

• Proven experience managing CCTV systems, NVRs, DVRs, and IP surveillance infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, structured cabling, and network troubleshooting.

• Experience managing vendors, OEM support providers, warranty repairs, and contractors.

• Willingness to work fully onsite in Ibafo, Ogun State.

• CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, MTCNA, CCTV certifications, or related certifications will be an advantage.

• Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage.
