Information Technology Lead
Purpose
- The IT Lead will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and services. The position requires a senior professional capable of leading enterprise IT projects from planning and deployment through monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Provide senior IT leadership across infrastructure, applications, and enterprise systems.

Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of servers, networks, databases, and cloud environments.

Oversee cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with company policies and international standards.

Manage IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Collaborate with business units to align IT solutions with organizational goals.

Supervise system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.

Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

Ensure data integrity, availability, and confidentiality across all platforms.

Lead vendor management, procurement, and evaluation of IT tools and solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT staff and contractors.

Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and system performance reviews.

Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation, cloud adoption, and enterprise applications.

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, client procedures, and Felton quality systems.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
-
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a senior IT role.

Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and systems.

Proven expertise in servers, networks, databases, and cloud technologies.

Strong background in cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance.

Demonstrable experience in system integration, upgrades, and digital transformation projects.
