Job Title: Information Technology Lead

Location: Port-Harcourt Rivers (No relocation available) Job type: Full-time Reporting Line: COO

Purpose The IT Lead will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and services. The position requires a senior professional capable of leading enterprise IT projects from planning and deployment through monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior IT leadership across infrastructure, applications, and enterprise systems.

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of servers, networks, databases, and cloud environments.

• Oversee cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with company policies and international standards.

• Manage IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

• Collaborate with business units to align IT solutions with organizational goals.

• Supervise system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

• Ensure data integrity, availability, and confidentiality across all platforms.

• Lead vendor management, procurement, and evaluation of IT tools and solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT staff and contractors.

• Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and system performance reviews.

• Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation, cloud adoption, and enterprise applications.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, client procedures, and Felton quality systems.

• Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a senior IT role.

• Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and systems.

• Proven expertise in servers, networks, databases, and cloud technologies.

• Strong background in cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance.

• Demonstrable experience in system integration, upgrades, and digital transformation projects.
