About the Role The Information Systems Security Manager will lead security programs and ensure the protection of information systems for client missions in Lexington Park, MD. This role partners with cross-functional teams to implement, monitor, and optimize security controls and accreditation activities to maintain trusted operations. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement information system security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard IT assets.
- Lead security incident response, risk assessment, and continuous monitoring activities.
- Coordinate with RMF/NIST-based frameworks to achieve and maintain Authorization and Assessment (A&A) or Authorization to Operate (ATO) for systems.
- Provide security architecture oversight for programs in Lexington Park, MD and collaborate with stakeholders. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field; extensive experience in information systems security.
- Strong knowledge of RMF/NIST cyber security frameworks, risk management, and security controls.
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
