About this role
About the Role Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP provides guidelines for how search firms should submit associate candidates. The firm does not accept unsolicited associate applications and requires that submissions pertain to posted opportunities and include a current resume and law school transcript. Submissions must identify the candidate by name and be submitted to the appropriate office via the firm's online application submission system.
What You'll Do
- Submit associate candidate applications only for opportunities that are posted in the Current Attorney Opportunities section via Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP's online system.
- Ensure each candidate is identified by name and includes a current resume and law school transcript.
- Provide the candidate's current email or mailing address to comply with government reporting obligations and to distribute voluntary self-identification forms for race, ethnicity, gender, disability and veteran status.
- Direct all further contact regarding the application to the recruiting contact in the office where you seek to place the candidate.
- Do not submit applications by other means; failure to follow procedures may result in the candidate not being considered or the search firm not being paid a placement fee.
What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP's applicant submission procedures and the requirement to submit only for posted opportunities.
- Ensure full candidate identification (name) and required documents (resume, law school transcript).
- Use the firm's online submission system and direct communications to the recruiting contact in the appropriate office.
- Awareness that government reporting obligations require candidate contact information to distribute voluntary self-identification forms.
- Understanding that unsolicited applications and non-compliant submissions will not be considered or compensated.
