About the Role As an Information Developer, you will plan and produce instruction content for PlayStation products, lead end-to-end information design, content structure, reviews, quality assurance and release processes, and collaborate with the Japan/US/UK teams to deliver accurate, high‑quality information to global users. What You'll Do
- Plan and produce PlayStation product manuals and user guides, including English content localized into Japanese and transcreations within scope
- Lead information design, content structure design, reviews, QA, and release activities to ensure global content quality and consistency
- Collaborate with the global teams in Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom to improve content platforms and production processes
- Contribute to content infrastructure using Structured Authoring (DITA) to support reuse, scalability, and ongoing process improvement
- Maintain high standards for clarity and user experience across hardware, software, and services What We're Looking For
- Experience planning and delivering technical content (manuals, guides) for consumer electronics or software products
- Strong information design, content structure, review, and quality assurance skills
- Proficiency with Structured Authoring (DITA) and information‑design thinking
- Experience with localization and translation/transcreation from English to Japanese
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams across Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom
- Excellent writing/editing skills and a passion for delivering clear, user‑friendly information
