About the job
Fintech Futuro is looking for a creative and organized professional to develop partnerships with influencers. The goal is to expand Fintech Futuro's reach and introduce our products to new audiences.
We're interested in working with micro-influencers who can integrate FuturoHoy, Money Diaries, Método Claridad, and the Fintech Futuro brand into their content.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify micro-influencers and content creators relevant to our target audience
- Reach out to creators, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing relationships
- Develop creative influencer campaigns to promote FuturoHoy
- Build partnerships that increase the visibility of Money Diaries and attract new participants
- Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, content publication, and follow-ups
- Track campaign performance, measure results, and optimize strategies accordingly
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships
- Strong knowledge of the influencer ecosystem in Mexico and Latin America
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to develop creative ideas and turn them into actionable campaigns
- Experience measuring campaign performance, conversions, and return on investment
- Interest in personal finance and financial education
