Job title: INFINITI Regional Sales & Marketing Manager
Description:
- Develops and manages assigned regional staff, sets performance goals, allocates resources, assesses annual performance, and determines rotational/promotional opportunities; interviews and selects employees; coaches and disciplines as necessary; recommends termination when appropriate.
- Leads a team of Managers and Planners to support the field teams and retailers in achieving their regional objectives including retail, wholesale, customer satisfaction, parts & accessories, service contracts and network development.
- Serves as the main liaison for each of these departments from national headquarters to the regional office; works closely with the RVP to develop and launch regional tactical programs to improve retail sales velocity and objective attainment.
