The primary objective is to help drive specialty ingredient growth by supporting formulation development, solving technical challenges, and commercializing new solutions within the cleaning industry.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales teams on customer development and account growth.
- Conduct customer visits and engage directly with R&D and technical stakeholders.
- Identify innovation opportunities and formulation requirements.
- Provide technical recommendations that support business growth.
Product Development & Formulation
- Develop and optimize HI&I cleaning formulations.
- Support projects from concept through commercialization.
