Job title: Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) - Herford
We are hiring an Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) for our WEDECO brand in Herford to contribute to the development and assembly of water treatment technologies. You will fabricate and assemble mechanical and electromechanical modules and support the commissioning of process systems.
What You'll Do
- Fabrication and assembly of mechanical and electromechanical assemblies
- Assembly and commissioning of process engineering equipment for water treatment
- Conduct functional, pressure, and leak tests
- Create and document test protocols
- Mechanical machining of control cabinets, housings and components
- Test and optimize systems and assemblies
- Support creation and ongoing development of work instructions and processes
What We're Looking For
- Completed training as industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in plant construction or a similar technical environment is advantageous
- Basic IT skills and experience with technical documentation desirable
- Ability to work independently from technical drawings and work instructions
- Strong teamwork, initiative and a structured and reliable way of working
Compensation & Benefits
- Minimum salary of 3200 EUR gross per month (full-time basis, 13 salaries); overpayment possible depending on qualification and experience
