Job title: Industrialization Manager
About the Role
You will manage a 2024 SOP launch for a new interior program, working with plastic parts and assembly processes. You will coordinate multiple team members contributing to the program and drive milestones, update PFMEAs, and generate Excel reports to support line balancing.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for the 2024 SOP launch of a new interior program.
- Manage PFMEA and DFMEA activity; update PFMEAs, perform risk analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Create and maintain Excel-based reports; monitor KPIs and progress against milestones.
- Perform line balancing and optimize assembly processes for plastic interior parts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers; plan and track program tasks, risks, and actions.
- Travel nationwide as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar industrialization/manufacturing role.
- Strong knowledge of plastic parts and ideally interior components.
- Experience with PFMEAs and DFMEAs; comfortable with DFMEA.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and excel in reporting and project tracking.
- Ability to work onsite in Louisville, KY and travel as required.
Nice to Have
- Prior SOP launch experience (especially for interior programs).
- Experience in automotive interior plastics manufacturing.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 100,000+ per year (depending on experience).
- Onsite role in Louisville, KY with nationwide travel as needed.
