At Eni, we are looking for an Industrial Residues Coordinator to join PT Eni Natural Energies Indonesia in Jakarta. You will be responsible for coordinating the sourcing and collection of used cooking oil (UCO), Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) oil, and other residues used as bio-feedstocks.

Main responsibilities

The Company sources residual biomass, including Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) oil, as a bio-feedstock for biofuel production. As part of the Biomass Recovery and Valorisation team, you will:

• Conduct economic analyses to assess the potential of agricultural, industrial and forestry residues, considering costs, logistics and market dynamics.
• Identify and engage with counterparties to develop biofuel feedstock supply chains.
• Negotiate and draft supply contracts in collaboration with internal departments.
• Manage POME collection and valorisation activities, coordinating with external collectors and overseeing the Company's network to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Expand ENE's direct POME collection network by identifying new collection points, training field collectors and ensuring a reliable supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, sustainability certifications and industry standards.
• Optimise POME transportation and storage in collaboration with logistics partners.
• Health, Safety and Environment (HSE): Ensuring compliance with Company HSE policies, standards and procedures, promoting a strong safety culture, reporting incidents, supporting HSE initiatives, overseeing contractor compliance, and contributing to the achievement of the Company's HSE objectives.

Skills and experience required:

• Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Extensive experience in commercial or business development roles within the bio-feedstock sector, specifically involving Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) oil and/or Used Cooking Oil (UCO).
• Experience managing POME and/or UCO collection programmes or similar initiatives is preferred.
• Deep understanding of waste-based bio-feedstock supply chains (e.g. POME and UCO) for energy production.
• Familiarity with waste-based bio-feedstock supply chains, including storage requirements and quality standards.
• Knowledge of sustainability certifications (e.g. ISCC) and renewable energy regulations.
• Expertise in biomass logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience training and supporting field collection teams.
• Willingness and availability to travel frequently within the region.
