Job title: Industrial Refrigeration Technician
We are seeking Industrial Refrigeration professionals (Technician, Project Engineer, and Project Manager roles) to support service operations in Australia. The roles offer relocation assistance and will be based across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. You will report to the Service Team Manager and contribute technical capability and problem-solving to deliver reliable refrigeration solutions.
Support and service industrial refrigeration systems across multiple sites in Australia. Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain refrigeration equipment; diagnose faults and implement fixes. Collaborate with the Service Team Manager and cross-functional teams; contribute to project delivery across sectors such as mining, chemical, and food and beverage. Travel as needed; participate in relocation and ongoing professional development.
Industrial refrigeration experience with a strong technical capability and problem-solving skills. Proactive, reliable, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to relocate to Australia; relocation support available for the right candidate. Experience in project engineering/management for those applying to Project Engineer/Project Manager roles, plus solid teamwork and communication. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Experience in mining, chemical, or food and beverage sectors is preferred.
