Your Role, Your Impact

• Lead process audits and implement scalable quality control systems aligned with ISO/IRIS standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier quality and production consistency through APQP and PPAP methodologies.
• Drive reliability by analyzing non-conformities and implementing root cause corrective actions using 8D and FMEA tools.
• Promote innovation by integrating digital quality tools such as SPC dashboards and predictive analytics.
• Foster knowledge sharing by training teams on quality best practices and continuous improvement frameworks.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001 and IRIS.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and apply statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in root cause analysis using 8D or DMAIC.
• Collaborative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement within industrial environments.
