Job Summary (Basic Functions):
LG Chem Advance Materials, Inc. (LGCTA) is actively searching for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Clarksville, TN. The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be an individual contributor reporting to the Production Technology Team Manager and work alongside our Production team. The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be an influential leader and technical resource to develop and optimize Operational excellence for plant operations, resolving plant engineering issues, and enabling safe and efficient production of a high-quality product. This position is based full time in Clarksville, TN and is not a remote role.
What You’ll Be Doing
Essential Functions (included but are not limited to):
Technical Focus: Execute maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of site mechanical, electrical, and control systems applicable to facility, utility, and production equipment. Utilization of preventitive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices on all site systems. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and standard operating procedures. Assist with installation, modification, and commissioning of current and new equipment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
