Job title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
About the Role The ideal candidate will perform maintenance, repair and installation on plant machinery in a fast-paced continuous manufacturing environment. They will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and ensure equipment safety to keep production running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation on plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and equipment issues.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Inspect and test machinery before returning it to production.
- Follow safety guidelines and report any issues.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma/GED and completed craft apprenticeship or technical training.
- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, power tools, and equipment operation.
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
- Experience with electrical testing equipment (Meters and Meggers).
- Able to work 12-hour shifts.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the job.
Nice to Have
- Apprenticeship or formal technical training (if not required).
- Experience in continuous manufacturing environments and ability to troubleshoot under production pressure.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $76,960 - $93,600 USD per year.
