About the Role The Industrial Maintenance Technician – Electrical is responsible for supporting Rhoads’ Maintenance Department in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and facilities to ensure smooth and consistent operations across all Rhoads Industries’ business lines. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime and maintaining operational efficiency. What You'll Do
- Inspect, install, and repair interior and exterior wiring systems, electrical fixtures, interior and exterior lighting and other related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and offer solutions to resolve issues with lighting, power, heavy machinery systems, etc.
- Assemble new electrical components and equipment.
- Compile clear lists of materials required for completion of jobs.
- Organize to support multiple projects and prioritize to meet required deadlines.
- Maintain clean work area in the shop.
- Provide support as required.
- Additional duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or associate degree in industrial mechanics, maintenance technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial/industrial electrical setting.
