About the Role The Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician (IMRT) supports maximum plant reliability by performing proactive, multi-craft maintenance, troubleshooting failures to root cause, and implementing corrective actions that minimize repeat issues. The role uses maintenance excellence processes and collaborates with operations to sustain asset availability. What You'll Do
- Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures; perform tasks safely and consider safety as a standard.
- Proactively maintain, improve, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems/processes/equipment (location-specific).
- Install/troubleshoot/maintain AC and DC drives/motors; troubleshoot PLC programs; modify and/or write PLC code as required by location.
- Weld, fabricate and install electrical, piping, pneumatic and mechanical components as needed; perform shop work with machining equipment.
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance; contribute to development/optimization of maintenance procedures; drive toward zero-failure results.
- Document maintenance activity in CMMS; communicate with operations to resolve abnormal or degraded conditions; develop operator skill sets to own assets.
- Identify opportunities for inspection improvements, lubrication, and hard-to-access areas; maintain 5S standards and housekeeping.
- Use appropriate tools, select proper parts, and ensure safety around equipment. What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated competency in IMRT skill matrix (I, II, III, Sr) and technical ability to maintain, install and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems (location specific).
- Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics including PLC logic; NFPA 70E electrical safety knowledge.
- Welding and Machining/Fabrication skills (level dependent on location).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS; strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork; proactive maintenance mindset; ability to lead change.
- Education: High school diploma; preferred Associate’s degree in Mechatronics or Industrial Maintenance or equivalent military experience. Nice to Have

- Salary: $31.80 - $39.87 per hour with a $0.75 per hour shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts.
