The Hershey Company Reese Plant has an immediate opening for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to work in our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include mechanical installation, setup, and repair. What You'll Do

Mechanical installation, setup, and repair of equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical systems to minimize downtime

Collaborate with a fast-paced manufacturing team to keep production lines running What We're Looking For
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industrial, military, or owner/operator trades environment

Food manufacturing experience preferred

High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Flexible to work any shift, weekends, overtime, and holidays

Able to function effectively in a fast-paced team environment Nice to Have

Food manufacturing experience is preferred Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $39.54/hour
-
$1.00/hour shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift

$4,000 Sign-On Bonus
