Job title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, modifying and maintaining manufacturing mechanical equipment and systems at Linde Advanced Material Technologies in Orangeburg, NY on 2nd shift. You will coordinate repair, modification and preventive maintenance operations and support safety initiatives and policies to meet business needs. You will oversee new equipment installations and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, modify and maintain manufacturing mechanical equipment and systems.
- Coordinate repair, modification and preventive maintenance operations as scheduled.
- Support and participate in current and new safety initiatives and policies and business needs.
- Oversee and/or perform new equipment installations.
- Utilize hand and portable power tools and follow safe working practices through all steps of equipment repair and maintenance.
- Ensure operations technicians understand and follow safe working practices through all steps of equipment repair and maintenance.
- Provide advice to management regarding equipment life and usage and assist in researching new equipment purchases.
- Coordinate and oversee the movement of furniture and/or materials and equipment as required.
- Ensure all equipment documentation is complete and properly processed.
- Maintain and update control documents and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and plant systems.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma / GED required.
- 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience or similar mechanical experience.
- Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Basic computer skills in EAM and Microsoft Outlook.
- Flexible schedule to support manufacturing needs.

- Salary range: $26.54-$36.49 per hour.
