About the Role Industrial Maintenance Mechanic II is a mid-level technician responsible for independently performing mechanical maintenance and repair tasks on production and packaging equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on reducing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting plant operations through proactive maintenance work. What You'll Do
- Availability: Candidates must be able to work weekends, and overtime as required
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as conveyors, fillers, labelers, and pumps
- Assist with basic electrical tasks (e.g., replacing motors, sensors, or wiring under supervision)
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment as needed What We're Looking For
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ years manufacturing maintenance experience
- Mechanical troubleshooting
- Bearing/motor repair
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- LOTO familiarity
- Able to work in varied temperatures
- Follow GMP/safety procedures
