About the Role
Join LEONI as an Industrial Engineering / Production Facilitator responsible for driving efficiency improvements across production processes, implementing and monitoring production efficiency systems, and supporting new products, changes and equipment development.
What You'll Do
- Perform and drive efficiency improvement activities across production lines.
- Ensure implementation of production efficiency monitoring systems (e.g., KOSU, VSM, 5S).
- Analyze production processes using standard IE methods (REFA/MTM) to identify bottlenecks and MUDA and implement corrective measures.
- Balance production processes based on time analyses and apply results to the production area.
- Create and maintain industrial engineering master data (workstation docs, MES data, capacity planning, ramp-up planning, etc.).
- Support and ensure implementation of new products and technical changes (Change Management CP2.2.2).
- Support development of new production equipment and processes in coordination with Country & Production Management.
- Perform time analysis using REFA or MTM methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bac+5 in Technical/Scientific field.
- Experience: ~1 year of experience appreciated.
- Languages: French & English.
- IT: MS Office.
- Social competences: Communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, target & result orientation, motivation & resilience, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork.
- Professional Skills: Production Management / Supply Chain Management / ERP Systems.
