About the Role In this role you will coordinate industrial responsibilities related to supply chain management, inventory management and manufacturing operating plans, helping CNH Industrial optimize material flow, planning and throughput. What You'll Do
- Material Flow & Logistics: design and improve end-to-end material movement from lineside presentation to warehouse storage to replenishment triggers
- Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact production throughput and operator workload balance
- Develop SOPs for sequencing, interplant logistics, and troubleshooting; create visual management schemes that keep the floor running
- Plan assembly line and warehouse layouts using CAD; solve top material outage issues fast and sustainably
