The role of Industrial Engineer is based in our C-Power Business Group in Lozorno, Slovakia. Responsibilities: Defining industrial breakdowns and planning in coordination with project stakeholders; validating budgets and schedules; monitoring industrial milestones Analyzing customer specifications and proposing compliant production processes Leading Process FMEA, risk assessments, validation plans, and manufacturability studies; overseeing equipment specification, supplier selection, and prototype testing Coordinating launch of production equipment and ensuring Run@Rate readiness Organizing transfer to plant representatives and support during ramp-up Documenting and leading industrial lessons learned Leading the extended industrial team (plants, purchasing, quality, logistics) Ensuring resource planning and project mobilization Reporting, tracking risks, actions, and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: University degree in engineering or industrial management Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or industrialization Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 Proven experience in process development, validation, and equipment launch English – fluent (B2 or higher), other languages are
