About this role

· Maintain all plant lighting and power systems to ensure proper operation, code compliance, and adherence to company procedures.
· Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance on plant equipment and machinery as required.
· Modify line programs and complete die wiring to support production needs.
· Complete all required documentation accurately and on time, including paper and/or digital work orders and logbooks.
· Assist with implementing continuous improvement initiatives on production lines.
· Record parts usage by accurately completing required documents.
· Conduct routine preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
· Work in a safe manner at all times.
· Adopt and practice Kaizen principles and concepts and participate in related activities.
· Follow company policies and procedures and comply with all standards and regulations.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Must hold a 442A Industrial Electrician Certificate.
· Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
· Understanding PLC operation, with basic programming knowledge, is considered a strong asset.
. Experience with robots (preferably ABB & Fanuc), handling and programming, is considered an asset.
· Possess extensive hands-on experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
· Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment.
