About the Role
Industrial Director at Alstom to oversee the industrialization of products from technical transfer to manufacturing, lead manufacturing activities, ensure compliance with Code of Ethics, EHS and customer requirements, and drive Alstom's Industry 4.0 initiatives across the site. What You'll Do
- Ensure proper implementation and full compliance with Code of Ethics, EHS and other Alstom policies and customer requirements.
- Lead the industrialization of products from technical transfer to manufacturing.
- Effectively manage the industrial team to guarantee timely 100% implementation of new Technology Transfer.
- Contribute to site and Alstom Industry 4.0 initiatives (Automation, Digitalization…).
- Manage site industrial development activities and deliverables, such as reducing method time and product lead time; enlarging site technical capacity; optimizing CAPEX, etc.
- Manage all manufacturing activities to ensure continuous improvement and development of site manufacturing processes.
- Responsible for manufacturing equipment management (Investment requirements, OEE, Utilization ratio, …).
- Continually enhance team performance and optimize talent development in line with business requirements. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or above degree in mechanical engineering or relevant.
- More than 5 years' management experience in manufacturing enterprise as mechanical process support.
- Proven expertise in Project or Industrial QCD management.
- Fluent in written and oral English.
- Strong decision-making skills and organizational ability.
