Asset Manager | Industrial Real Estate

Partner directly with the VP of Asset Management to oversee and enhance a growing portfolio of industrial assets. This role offers a blend of property operations, leasing, capital projects, and asset performance management, providing meaningful exposure to the full real estate investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an industrial portfolio

• Manage third-party property managers, vendors, and contractors

• Review property financials, budgets, CAM reconciliations, and monthly reporting

• Support lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant relationships

• Coordinate capital projects, tenant improvements, and property repositioning initiatives

• Conduct property inspections and ensure operational excellence across the portfolio

• Collaborate with ownership on strategies to maximize asset performance

• Ideal Background

• 4 - 8 years of industrial asset management, property management or commercial real estate operations experience

• Strong understanding of leases, property financials, budgeting, and tenant relations

• Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills

• Self-starter with a desire to grow into a broader owner-side asset management role
